NHE Spirit Night will be on Wednesday, December 6th from 5pm - 8pm at The Acorn Restaurant at Red Oak Manor.

The NHE Spelling Bee will be on November 15th at 2:00pm in the cafeteria. The winners of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classes will compete to be the NHE Spelling Bee Champion!

November 6th - November 9th, students can purchase blow pops for $1 to help raise money for United Way of the CSRA! Students turn the money into their homeroom teacher (no change will be given).

On Saturday, November 4th, there is a Special Education Resource Fair for parents of students with disabilities. It will be held at Evans High School from 11:00am - 1:00pm.

Red Ribbon Week is coming up on October 23rd - October 27th!! Every year North Harlem Elementary recognizes Red Ribbon Week, a national campaign devoted to teaching school age children the importance of staying away from drugs and making healthy lifestyle choices. Our school wide slogan this year is “Be Kind to Your Mind. Live Drug Free.”

NHE students have been working hard to set Reading and Math goals. You are invited to attend a data chat, facilitated by your child, to learn about the goals they have set and how they are working towards them.

Fall Picture Day is Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
